Welcome to Royal Tour & Travels. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking and Payment:

  • The customer shall pay the cab rental fare as per the rates and payment schedules mentioned at the time of booking.

  • A valid ID card is required for booking. A token amount may be required to confirm your booking.

  1. Service Use:

  • The customer agrees that using services provided by Royal Tour & Travels is at their sole risk. Royal Tour & Travels disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness of services.

  • Royal Tour & Travels will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the cab service, including but not limited to delays, non-availability of cabs, or any system failures.

  1. Liability:

  • Royal Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the customer due to failure to provide services or any reason beyond its control.

  • Customers are advised to take full responsibility for their luggage and belongings. Royal Tour & Travels will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations can be made by calling the official contact number of Royal Tour & Travels.

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:

    • Within 6 hours of scheduled journey: 100% of the booking amount (Maximum Rs. 2500)

    • Between 6 to 24 hours of scheduled journey: 50% of the booking amount (Maximum Rs. 1000)

    • Before 24 hours of scheduled journey: Rs. 500 from the booking amount

  • If the booking is made without inquiring about trip charges, Rs. 250 will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–12 working days through the same online payment mode.

  1. Additional Charges:

  • Taxi Waiting Charges: Rs. 200 per hour for waiting beyond 30 minutes of the scheduled departure.

  • Multiple Pick-ups: Rs. 200 per additional pick-up.

  • Rate Variations: Rates may vary on holidays and festivals.

  • Highway Preference: Extra fare applies if a specific expressway or route is preferred.

  • Parking Charges: Not included in the standard fare and will be billed separately.

  • Airport Pick-up/Drop: Fares apply specifically to airport locations; different locations may incur extra charges.

  1. Modifications:

  • Royal Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms regularly.

  1. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes will be referred to an arbitrator appointed by Royal Tour & Travels under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of the service provider’s location will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from the use of services.

  1. Communication:

  • By using our services, you consent to receive booking confirmations, itinerary details, and other service-related communications via SMS or voice call.
